Registration Details & Abstract Submission
- For registration, a participant has to visit the conference website (https://etpsr2025.in) and click on the 'Registration & Abstract' menu. Fill in the details under 'Create Account and Registration'. After completing the form, click on 'Pay Now', which will redirect to the payment options. Payment can be made through various UPI/digital modes. Once payment is completed, it will be instantly verified, and the registration will be confirmed with a message and registration number. Afterwards, participants should click on 'Profile' to submit their abstract. Alternatively, the abstract can be submitted later, but before the final abstract submission deadline. The registration fee includes full access to all conference sessions, tea/coffee, breakfast, dinners, and a registration kit.
Note:Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
- • The students/research scholars must upload their student ID card or a studentship certificate from the Head of the Institution / Department.
- • Only delegates, post doctoral fellow, doctoral students, research scholar will be given the registration kit.
Guideline for Abstract Preparation
The abstracts for both oral and poster presentations should be limited to a maximum of 250 words. The scientific theme of the abstract should be mentioned on the top. The title should be written with 14-point Times New Roman font and in sentence case. In the next line, the name of the authors should be mentioned and affiliation(s) of the authors should be on the subsequent line(s). These lines should be with centre alignment. The last line should contain the Email of the corresponding author. The name and Email of the corresponding author should be marked with asterisk in superscript (*). The name of the presenting author should be in all capital letters; all other author names should be in ‘Capitalize Each Words’ case. The abstract text should be organized in one paragraph. The font should be in Times New Roman, 12-pointfont and 1.5 point spaced. The abstract should be devoid of any references, tables and graphics
