ETPSR 2025 Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund process for participants of ETPSR 2025. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your registration.

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee: Once paid, registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Substitution Policy: If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute delegate from the same organization/institution may be permitted without additional cost. Written requests for substitution must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.

3. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organizers, participants will be notified, and full refunds will be issued.

4. Mode of Refund (If applicable): Any refund, if permitted, will be processed via the original mode of payment within 10–15 business days after approval.

5. No Refund for No-shows: No refund will be given for registered participants who fail to attend the event without prior notice.

6. Responsibility Clause: ETPSR 2025 and its organizing committee will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred in case of cancellation or rescheduling.
