ETPSR 2025 Terms and Conditions

By registering for and participating in ETPSR 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of the event services, website, and resources.

• 1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older. If under 18, parental or institutional permission is required.
• 2. Registration Confirmation: Your registration is confirmed only after full payment is received and verified by the organizing committee.
• 3. Event Access: Only registered participants with valid ID or registration proof will be allowed entry to sessions and activities.
• 4. Code of Conduct: All attendees must maintain respectful and professional behavior. The organizers reserve the right to remove participants violating this rule without refund.
• 5. Intellectual Property: Content presented at the event (papers, presentations, visuals) is the intellectual property of the authors and should not be recorded, reused, or redistributed without permission.
• 6. Photography & Videography: The event will be documented. By participating, you consent to be photographed or recorded, and grant rights to use your image for promotional purposes.
• 7. Liability: ETPSR 2025 and its organizers are not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event.
• 8. Cancellation & Changes: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or cancel sessions without prior notice. In such cases, updates will be published on the official website.
• 9. Payment Terms: All fees must be paid as per instructions. Non-payment may result in cancellation of registration.
• 10. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Cuttack, Odisha.
